CNA HR have teamed up with The Wilkes Partnership LLP and HR & Change Consultant, Andrea Holton to bring to you an insightful briefing on the topic of Managing Change, Restructuring and Redundancy in the Workplace.

Head of Employment at the Wilkes Partnership, Pam Sidhu will be talking through the legal issues arising.

Andrea Holton, HR Consultant and Change Manager, will offer expert advice on some of the practical issues on managing change. The Wilkes Partnership are based in Central Birmingham Snow Hill Station and very close to Birmingham New Street Station.
