CNA International Executive Search is excited to welcome six new partners to their specialist professional consultancy company.
CNA International has been in operation for over 25 years, founded in 1993, providing executive search, recruitment and human resource advisory consultancy. CNA was acquired by the largest independent recruitment company in the UK, Pertemps Network Group, in August 2008, which has over 250 branches across the UK, as well as over 40 niche recruitment businesses providing workforce solutions in numerous sectors.
Since being founded, CNA continue to expand and provide global support to businesses in search of greater talent and skills, with over 50 offices across the UK and Europe, including 6 offices across the CEE and CIS region.
With great pleasure, CNA International welcome, Andrea Colantoni and Lenka Kholova (Czech Republic office), Zoltan Korpas and Balazs Gyenese (Hungary office), Jonathan Jordan and Alex Barry (United Kingdom office).
Czech Republic began in 2015 and have recently opened a new office in Prague, with Andrea Colantoni, Senior Partner and Partner Lenka Kholova. The new team are focused on continued expansion of the business in Czech Republic, as well as the Northern Europe Region. Focusing on retained executive search, interim management, and HR consulting in the field of talent development and assessment.
Andrea has spent more than 25 years in the search industry, working for the best brands in the business and has covered most industries, but his key expertise lies in Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, B2B Sales, Healthcare and Services.

His colleague and partner, Lenka has over 20 years of management experience in the Retail, E-commerce and Business Development sectors. Her focus is on search and selection of retail staff at all levels of the client’s organization. Lenka’s strengths lie in the orientation of client relations, networking, empathy, and professionalism.

Hungary’s first office opened in Spring 2014 under Azamat Erzhanov’s region and since then has achieved prestigious results and a great reputation. CNA Hungary is a leading practice in the field of executive search for top and middle managers, key people in HR consulting and management diagnostics (such as management audit, assessment and development centres, career coaching, outplacement programs, competency evaluation).
Zoltan Korpas, re-joining CNA with new partner, Balazs Gyenese, specialise in business advisory services. Their combined knowledge and experience in the areas of executive search and business consultancy helps to guide clients through all business and staffing challenges.
Zoltan Korpas, senior partner, has over 20 years’ experience in the field of executive search, recruiting inspiration, innovative and versatile leaders with digital and agile leadership competencies, aligning with corporate strategy and culture. He lives, creates values and supports his clients according to his motto, “there is also intellectual and cultural challenge beyond the daily business routine, maybe even more long-lasting”
Balazs Gyenese, senior partner, also has over 20 years’ experience in the area of talent management and development, with a special focus on coaching, team facilitation, and enterprise transformation management. He will focus on digital transformations, collaborative intelligence, agile and innovative organization, and other related services to be offered initially within the Hungarian market.

Jonathan Jordan July joined the United Kingdom in June 2019. Jonathan has been in recruitment since 1989; where he began recruiting commercial, office, banking, human resources and computer staff. Jonathan enjoyed running his own specialist accountancy recruitment firm before becoming more general joining Michael Page & Accountancy Additions from 1993. After many years recruiting senior accountancy & banking staff; he turned his hand to technical tecruitment at AppleOne in California & Search West in Los Angeles. Since 2009; Jonathan has worked exclusively within Veterinary Recruitment.
Alex Barry joined the CNA International family this July and is responsible for executive search, selecting people in HR and Resourcing within CNA International Executive Search, as well as providing resourcing consultancy services for established and emerging businesses.
Alex has over 10 years strategic HR and transformational resourcing experience within large corporate, RPO and consultancy environments in the UK & internationally. His consultancy experience is considerable within the people/resourcing arena, delivering significant programme/project management through highly complex organisations as a head of resourcing, and working alongside executive boards (CEO’s) and leadership Teams.
