Loreda Dragomir, Senior Partner CNA International Executive Search as of
yesterday became officially a Mentor for Professional Women Network

The motto of PWN Romania is LEARN, CONNECT, SHARE, ADVANCE and this is exactly what I intend to do. As a mentor, my GOAL is to provide professional development support ,advice and share best practices as well as access professional networks which offer further opportunities for my mentees.
In the early days of my career I didn’t have a mentor to guide and support me , the road to success hasn’t been easy. My aim is to help, support and encourage women out there to skip the bumpy roads and guide them to success!


Loreda Dragomir Loreda Dragomir joined CNA International back in April 2018 and she is a great asset to our company! Her dedication and professionalism are truly remarkable, and her work ethic has been an inspiration to all.

Before joining CNA International, Loreda was managing Romania and Bulgaria for Kienbaum GmbH. Over the past 15 years, upon return to Romania, she gained relevant experience in the Executive Search Industry, Human Capital Advisory, Management Consulting, as well as Recruitment and Selection in well known organizations such as Hudson,Grafton Recruitment, Stanton Chase International and Kienbaum GmbH. Loreda has relevant experience in delivering various executive search & selection assignments, assessments and development centres, market mapping, professional coaching, remuneration studies, etc. both locally in Romania and across borders regionally or globally.


Founded in 2011,PWN Bucharest is a young and dynamic association, bringing together members from all over Romania from over 20 industries.

Professional Women’s Network Romania is part of PWN Global – a dynamic fast-growing offline and online network and leadership development platform for professional women from various sectors and industries. It has more than 3,500 members of over 90 nationalities. This volunteer-led organization hosts over 600 events per year in 24 different cities.
