Bill heads up the Executive Search function for all HR, HR Services and HR Consulting roles within CNA International Executive Search.
He is a highly experienced Senior HR professional, CIPD qualified and with an MSc in Human Resources Management. Having spent his early career in internal consulting, change management and strategic planning roles, he then moved into the HR arena. Bill is a commercially driven Human Resources Director with over 17 years’ professional experience, the majority of which were in leadership roles. He has Board level experience having held HR Director roles with both a UK and an international remit. He has experience across a broad range of industries, including recruitment, financial services, consultancy, IT services and the public sector.
Having spent the last 5 years’ operating in an Executive Search capacity, combining this with his earlier career experience where he was fully accountable for the full strategic and operational HR remit, he is in a unique position to understand client needs and requirements over and above his peer group within the field of Human Resources recruitment.
Working predominately within the private sector and utilising CNA International’s ‘pure search methodology’, Bill sources and supplies HR specialists at all levels of seniority ranging from board level to mid-level appointments across all major industry sectors.
