Having joined the Financial Services Industry in 1986 Nick has extensive experience across a broad range of roles to include sales, sales management, recruitment, strategic planning and the delivery of individual mentoring programs.
After initial working in a self-employed FS sales role Nick joined Lloyds Bank in 1990 in a sales management capacity. This was to support the planned launch of the banks regulated sales division in the South West region before moving on to set up his own FS recruitment business in 1999. In 2003 Nick moved into the Offshore FS sector and worked in Southern Europe covering both Spain and Portugal. This involved working with International FS product providers, property development companies and offshore Advisors.
In 2011 he returned to the UK FS market to take up a senior business development and recruitment positions, initially with the What Group and more recently with Blueberry Mortgages.
Nick has extensive experience in recruitment allowing him to fully understanding his candidates career ambition. Over his 30+ years recruiting in this industry he has helped his many candidates to progress both their career and income opportunity. Nick also has expereince of working with client companies as a Business Consultant to offer both support and guidance for those FS organisations looking to establish or develop their own Internal recruitment departments.
Having joined CNA in September 2017 Nick is now looking forward to working closely with the experienced team around him and also actively support his candidates to find and secure new job opportunities to allow them to move forward with the careers.
