About
Salma BENJILALI has an excellent knowledge of the e-commerce industry. She started her career working for Amazon in Paris, within the Marketplace team. She has contributed to the growth of the Home and Lawn & Garden categories on the Amazon EU marketplaces. Also, she took part and led various cross functional projects that helped improving the experience of French and EU customers and sellers. In 2018, she moved back to her native country Morocco, where she joined the African e-commerce Unicorn: Jumia, as the head of vendor relationship management. After these valuable experiences in E-commerce, Salma has decided to make a career shift and focus on what she loved most “people”. Therefore, she joined an international NGO active in the child protection field and started a degree in Psychotherapy. In her journey towards a meaningful professional life focused on human wellbeing, Salma has co-launched the CNA International office in Morocco. She will leverage her psychotherapy knowledge, her empathy and e-business expertise to find the perfect match between the candidate aspiration and the company’s needs.
